Mihkel is Digital Transformation, eGovernance, Public Service Portfolio Management, IT Service Management and Performance Management expert. He has been active in the ICT development and consultation since 1996 helping businesses and public sector to get the most value from the information technology. Mihkel has extensive experience in Strategy Planning, Digital Transformation and e-Service development for the Estonian Government, Ministries and Local Governments. Beside Estonia, Mihkel has exported his knowledge to several countries across the Globe: Finland, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Western Balkans, Czech Republic, Malaysia (Sarawak), Tonga Kingdom, Bermuda, Dubai. Mihkel is an active teacher – he has taught at Mainor Business School, IT College, Tartu Art College and the Estonian Academy of Arts, provided ICT training sessions at Invicta, IT Protraining and BCS Koolitus. In the period of 2021-2023 Mihkel was the mentor and trainer in the Estonian Top-Level Civil Service Managers’ digital transformation competency development program “Digital Leaders”. Currently he is the Lecturer in Charge at Tallinn Technical University (TalTech). Mihkel is a Digital Transformation Expert at CheckIT OÜ, subject-matter expert.
